Return window
Eligible items in original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at odniue@outlook.comwith your order number.
Condition of returned items
Bullion must be returned in its original packaging and original condition. Items that have been opened, removed from their protective packaging, damaged, altered or cleaned are not eligible for return. This is standard practice in the precious metals industry, because opened bullion can no longer be verified or resold as new.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Return shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged/incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend an insured, trackable shipping method — we cannot refund returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Market price
Bullion prices fluctuate with the market. We are unable to offer price adjustments based on changes in the spot price of silver after your order is placed. The price shown at checkout is final.
