Shipping

All orders ship free and fully insured within the United States. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after processing, shipped via USPS. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of Liberty Silver.

Insurance and signature

Every shipment is fully insured for its full purchase value at no extra cost to you. A signature may be required on delivery for higher-value orders. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package.

Packaging

All items ship in discreet, protective packaging. Coins and bars are individually protected to prevent damage in transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your shipment is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible — we can only change it before the order ships. Orders returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to return shipping and restocking costs.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number and photos where applicable. All shipments are insured, and we will work with you to resolve the claim.
