By placing an order with Liberty Silver, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All products sold by Liberty Silver are genuine .999 or .9999 fine silver coins, bars and rounds as described on each product page. Product images are for reference only; because bullion is produced by third-party mints, minor variations in finish, toning or packaging may occur. Liberty Silver is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of the mints whose products we resell. Mint and brand names are used solely to describe the products offered.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Precious metal prices move with the market and our prices may change at any time without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the moment your order is placed is final.

Payment

Payment is processed through our payment provider. Orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed and cleared.

Not investment advice

Liberty Silver sells physical precious metals. We do not provide investment, tax or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Precious metal prices can rise or fall, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order, including in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfil the order.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control.
